If you lost the keys, and wiped out the system, then there are no tools you can use to retrieve the key as there is nothing to retrieve. I have moved and have lost my cd key for both Vista 32 and 64 bit. I still have the media just not the CD-Key. I was apart of the beta and was send both copies with the cdkeys

That's what happens when major components are changed and the harware is no longer enumerated in the registry. The last thing I would do is reinstall all of the drivers again
